Any man can experience domestic abuse

Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm 0808 800 0024 Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm

Our helpline provides support to any man in Scotland who is affected by domestic abuse. We also welcome calls from friends/family who may be concerned about a loved one. We will support any man (including transgender and non-binary people), whether in a mixed-sex or same-sex relationship.

We know that it can be difficult to talk about domestic abuse, especially to a stranger on the phone. Our team are all trained and will meet your call with a non-judgmental and sensitive approach. You may have decided that we are the first place to disclose domestic abuse, but you won’t be the first person we’ve spoken to.

What do we offer?

We provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to talk about your experiences

We can discuss the different options available to you

We can try to find appropriate support available locally

If you live in/near Edinburgh we can discuss our face-to-face support service

It is free to call us from landlines, BT payphones and major UK mobile                                      networks (Orange, EE, Vodafone, O2, Virgin, 3) and our number will not appear                       on your phone bill.
